Approximately how many people are currently using this system?
What professional development (for students or assessors) is required to use the tool? None. Our target technology literacy level focused on any user that understands the basics of text processing type software.
To use the tool effectively, what else should the school have in place? Based on observations, those schools that have experience with portfolios have a more seamless implementation.
If you haven't already addressed it, how does your tool help students or teachers demonstrate that they are meeting standards? We are providing the infrastructure, the schools/students decide how it best meets their needs.
What are your next steps in developing or implementing this tool? We have a number of new functionality tools coming on line including: "quick start tools", new questionnaire functionality, IMS/LIP compatibility, spell checking, tools to link to standards, and opt-in/out grouping functions.
