What purpose does your assessment tool serve? |
IC³ is a global, validated, standards-based training and certification program for basic computing and Internet literacy. It provides specific guidelines for the knowledge and skills required for basic use of computer hardware, software, networks and the Internet. IC³ is a performance-based, entry-level technology assessment for teachers, students and administrators. An independent review has found that IC³ standards are aligned with ISTE NETS-S and NETS-T. |

The IC³ exams can be administered via PCs in any proctored computer lab. The testing software is proprietary and can be downloaded at no cost from the Certiport website. | ||||||||||||
