 Coaching As part of our Richer Picture™ Professional Development, Ideas Consulting provides highly-qualified and experienced coaches to schools and individuals looking for an even more personal approach to portfolio implementation. Coaches provide on-site support to teachers, students and administrators as they work with the portfolios. Each school that works with us receives the services of a “school coach” – a person who will be the primary contact for the school as you integrate the portfolio with your technology systems, curriculum, and assessment initiatives.
